We are Hammond Raggett & Company

We are Chartered Financial Planners and Wealth Managers operating from Manchester City Centre and are passionate about what we do.

Our business is principally owned by the people who work within it and that is important, because it means the people giving advice have a vested interest in ensuring it is right. We want long-term relationships with our clients, not just transactional interactions, because that is the best way to ensure our clients meet their long term goals and objectives. And of course, if our clients suceed, so does our business and its shareholders.

As one of the first firms in the UK to be awarded Chartered status, a prestigious award that recognises our commitment to professionalism and fair treatment of clients, we are committed to the highest standards.

We are proud to be independent, which means we can recommend solutions to suit our clients from across the whole of the marketplace.

Our advisory team is made up of Stella, Richard, Gareth, Hannah,  Brian, and Carl together with Steve who provides support to the rest of the team. The team is hugely experienced and can provide advice across a wide range of financial planning including Saving and Investments, pre and post Retirement Planning (including the full range of flexible retirement options and specialist pension arrangements such as SSAS and SIPP), Inheritance Tax Planning, Personal and Family Protection, and Business Protection including Shareholder and Key Person Cover.

Our advisory team is supported by a large, well-resourced team of support staff. The team is ultimately under the leadership of Charlene Somerset, our Compliance & Operations Director, but on a day-to-day basis the Client Support Team, which deals with the implementation of recommendations and day-to-day work involved in managing client portfolios, is led by Denise Jessop & Charlotte Leon and the Client Review Team, which is responsible for ongoing portfolio reviews and looking after our employee benefits services, is lead by Nicola Caruana.

Our clients come from all walks of life and include individuals and corporations, those who are still working, and those who have retired.
